Deliveries
Deliveries are made via post or other shipping companies to the address given when the order is placed (unless specified differently buy the buyer).

Availability of products and geographic zones
In order to respect distributorship agreements, the range of products available through neidhartonline.com may vary from one country to another.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated in relation to the weight of the goods. A method of delivery has to be selected for the order to be processed.

Liabilities
Once the goods have left our facilities, Neidhart SA does not accept any liability in regards to the products. In case of loss or damage during transport, the customer  must inform the shipping company within two days, via recorded signed for letter.

Delivery time
Delivery time is indicative. Usually, orders made through neidhartonline.com are delivered within 2-3 days. Delivery may be delayed depending on delays in delivery from manufacturer or if items are out of stock.

Returns
In general, we do not accept returns. In exceptional cases, we may accept returns if the goods are undamaged, unopened and packaged inside their original packaging.
